☆ I have the right to deny your commission or stop working with you at any point for any reason. In any case that I stop working on your commission due to poor health, offloading projects due to taking on too much, mental instability, etc. I will issue a full refund.☆ I, the artist mawzxlla, retain all rights to any and all art that I make and/or produce.☆ My commissions are NOT first come, first serve.☆ Prices are subject to change over time or with demand; this does NOT mean I will quote you one thing at the beginning of a comm and then quote you something different by the end of it.☆ Do not pay before I tell you to - if you do, I will consider it a donation or a tip.☆ You must have your payment method ready; I use PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp - my preferred method being Cashapp.☆ I take 100% UPFRONT payment. After payment is confirmed, I will begin the approval sketch - once approved, I will begin the finishing processes. Bigger USD commissions ($100+) I will offer payment plans.☆ I will provide a link for the preferred payment method for you to pay through; if payment is not made after a certain amount of time, commission will be canceled.☆ I will refund 100% of the original price paid if asked for one ONLY IF I HAVE NOT STARTED THE SKETCH. If I have started the sketch and it has been approved, I will only refund 50% of the original paid price. If I am in the process of lining and coloring your commission, I will NOT give you a refund.☆ Finished commissions are NOT to be used for commercial use, and if reposted or uploaded, must be credited properly. Commercial products will increase in price.☆ MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED FOR OR SOLD AS NFTs NOR AI! I also will not, by any means, draw NFTs or contribute to any AI.☆ You may use my art for personal merchandise such as tote bags, keychains, standees, etc. Do NOT use it for merchandise you plan to be selling to the public.☆ You get as many revisions as you like in the sketch phase of the commission. Once it leaves the sketch phase, revisions will be an extra $2 USD per revision made.☆ Do not heckle me on prices - I know my art's worth.☆ If you continuously email me or message me to get me to a.) make you art for free; b.) continuously change your commission; c.) do any kind of trade or request; I will not do work with you and you will go on a blacklist.☆ NSFW and Gore will increase the price (see Commission Prices tab for said price).☆ By commissioning me, you have agreed to all the above terms.
